Managers plc have sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') on behalf of LeggMason Investors Aim Venture Capital Trust
plc and LeggMason Investors Aim Distribution Trust plc. These transactions take
the holding of Ordinary Shares managed by LeggMason Investors Asset Managers plc
to 1,997,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.41 per cent. of the Company's total
