CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Derwent London plc is pleased to announce the appointment of David Lawler as Company Secretary with effect from 2 October 2017.  David has considerable experience, most recently as Company Secretary at Berendsen plc for twelve years.

David takes over following the retirement of Tim Kite.  Tim has been with the Group for twenty eight years and was appointed Company Secretary in 1995.  We wish to thank him for his considerable contribution.
