BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Derwent London announces that Nick Friedlos has resigned today as
an executive director of the Company to pursue other opportunities in the
property sector.
Nick joined the board of Derwent London, formerly Derwent Valley Holdings plc
(DVH), when the company merged with London Merchant Securities plc (LMS) in
February of this year. Nick was previously finance director of LMS which he
originally joined in January 2003 In addition to his involvement in the
integration of the two companies, Nick has been working on the Company's plan to
convert to a Real Estate Investment Trust from 1 July 2007.
Commenting, Robert Rayne, Chairman of Derwent London, said:
'On behalf of the board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Nick for
the significant contribution he has made to both the merger of LMS with DVH and
to the subsequently successful integration of the two companies. We wish him
every success in his future career.'
