London Merchant Securities Limited ('LMS') announces that the notes issued by
LMS listed below, which are currently admitted to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's main market for listed securities, are to be transferred to the
Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from
18th February 2008.
