Annual Report and Accounts 2019
DFS Furniture plc, (the "Company"), the market leading retailer of living room and upholstered furniture in the United Kingdom, can confirm that the Annual Report and Accounts for the 48 weeks ended 30 June 2019 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting is being mailed to shareholders today.
In accordance with rule 9.6.1R of the Listing Rules, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
