Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
DFS Furniture plc, (the "Company"), the market leading retailer of upholstered furniture in the United Kingdom, announces that it has posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 August 2015 to shareholders. The Company has also posted the Notice of Annual General Meeting to shareholders.
A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. The Annual Report and Accounts can also be accessed from: http://www.dfscorporate.co.uk/.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm at Warmsworth House, Holiday Inn, High Road, Warmsworth, Doncaster, DN4 9UX on Friday 4 December 2015.
