Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
DFS Furniture plc, (the "Company"), the market leading retailer of living room and upholstered furniture in the United Kingdom, announces that it has posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 28 July 2018 to shareholders. The Company has also posted the Notice of Annual General Meeting to shareholders.
In accordance with rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, copies of the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts, 2018 Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. The Annual Report and Accounts can also be accessed from: http://www.dfscorporate.co.uk/.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm at DFS Head Office, 1 Rockingham Way, Redhouse Interchange, Adwick-le-Street, Doncaster, DN6 7NA, on Friday 30 November 2018.
