Grant of Awards under the 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
A number of Directors and PDMRs were granted conditional shares in DFS Furniture plc (the "Company") on 23 October 2015, as performance share awards under the LTIP.
No consideration was payable for the grant of the awards. Performance share awards under the plan will vest after a three year performance period, subject to achievement of the performance measures and continued employment conditions. The performance measures are challenging targets based on adjusted EPS and relative total shareholder return measures for the Company.
