DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN RELEVANT SHARE CAPITAL
The Company received notification today that, following the purchase of 100,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 24 June 2003, accounts managed by Harris
Associates L.P. of Chicago Illinois became the beneficial owners of 3,195,800
shares of the Company.
