(Amendment) Regulations 1993 (SI 1993 No. 1819) of our interest in investment
holdings in the ordinary share capital of D.F.S. Furniture Company plc.
Following a purchase of 83,200 shares on November 3, 2003, accounts managed by
Harris Associates L.P. became the beneficial owners of 4,299,800 shares of
