Lapse of Options under SAYE Scheme
Further to last week's announcement regarding the 'Grant of Options under SAYE Scheme', issued on 9 December 2016, DFS Furniture plc ("DFS" or the "Company") announces that the Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') named below have cancelled their participation in the savings contract associated with the grant of share options on 10 December 2015 made under the DFS SAYE Share Option Scheme. The lapsed options, noted below, had an exercise price of 262.4p.

DFS's SAYE Share Option Scheme was formally launched on 16 November 2015 and made available to all permanent UK employees.
As previously announced, the options granted on 7 December 2016 have an exercise price of 184.0p and are exercisable from 1 February 2020. A total of 2,397,452 shares are under option for this scheme.
