PURCHASE OF SHARES BY EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST
DFS Furniture PLC has been notified that, on 19 November 2021, the DFS Furniture plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") completed the purchase of 3,000,0000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £ 2.69 per Ordinary Share.
The Ordinary Shares, which will be held in the EBT, are intended to be used to satisfy awards made under the DFS Furniture Plc Long Term Incentive Plan, the Restricted Share Plan and the DFS All Employee Save as you Earn Plan. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of DFS Furniture PLC and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of DFS Furniture PLC. Following the above purchases, the EBT holds a total of 4,850,004 Ordinary Shares.
