The issuer has made the following amendment to the 'Additional Listing'
announcement released today at 11.29 under RNS No 0320I.

The announcement should have referred to the Grand Metropolitan Restricted Share
Plan and not the Company's Executive Share Schemes as previously shown. 

All other details remain unchanged.

Pursuant to the above-named Grand Metropolitan Restricted
Share Plan options over 18,160 Ordinary Shares of 28 101/108p each
have been exercised. Accordingly, application has been made to
the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for
these shares to be admitted to the Official List.  The Shares
rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company.

period of 2 business days from the date hereof and from The
Registered Office of the Company for the period of 14 days
from the date hereof.
