Board Changes

Driver Group, the global provider of specialist commercial and dispute resolution services to the construction and engineering industries, is pleased to announce the appointments of Mark Wheeler and Peter Collini to the Board.

Mark Wheeler, 49, will join the board as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 17^th May 2017. Mark is an engineer and surveyor with over 25 years' engineering experience within the construction industry, including major civil engineering, building and power projects. He is trained as a barrister and is an accredited mediator. Mark has worked at Driver Group since 2006 and was appointed  COO for the Europe and Americas region in 2014. Mark was appointed to his current role as Global Chief Operating Officer in September 2016.

Peter Collini, 51, will join the board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 17th May 2017.  Peter Collini, ACA, is a corporate finance professional with extensive experience leading significant international transactions.  He set up Riverhill Partners LLP, an independent advisory practice, in 2005 and advises public, private equity and state owned businesses.  Peter recently advised the board on its fundraising which completed earlier this year.

Peter was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank's Investment Bank, a chartered accountant practising tax with PwC and holds an MA in Engineering from Oxford University.

For the purposes of paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules for Companies, Mark Wheeler resigned as a director of Integrated Building Services Limited on 29 May 1998. Integrated Building Services Limited entered liquidation on 5 March 1997 as a result of defaults by a number of its key customers.
