Unincorporated Joint Venture for Canada

Driver Group, the global construction consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a formal relationship with MHPM Project Managers Inc. ("MHPM"). The purpose of this joint venture is to combine the respective capacity and skills base of the two businesses to provide a presence in the Canadian market for the Driver Group brand and its provision of Expert Services and Claims & Disputes Services.

Formed in 1989, MHPM leads construction projects to success with over 300 full time project and program managers operating out of 25 offices in every major city and region across Canada. Together, Driver Group and MHPM can now utilise this network of offices, people and clientele to develop an advisory offering aimed at avoiding, managing and resolving disputes on construction, infrastructure and engineering projects.

Franklin Holtforster, President and CEO of MHPM said, "we are pleased by Driver Group's decision to partner with MHPM.
