Further to the announcement on 15 November 2005, Driver Group has been informed
that on 16 November 2005, the Driver Group Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust')
acquired a further 26,658 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 77p per share.



This brings the Trust's total shareholding to 173,248 Ordinary Shares and
represents approximately 0.75% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
