                     Expansion in the South-West of England


At the time of its Admission to AIM in October 2005, Driver Group, which
provides specialist commercial and dispute resolution services to the
construction industry, stated that it intended to strengthen the Group's
presence in the south-west of England. The Board is therefore delighted to
announce the appointment of Mark Wheeler as director of the South-West Region.
This is a newly created role and Mark Wheeler's appointment takes immediate
effect. At the same time, Driver Group is pleased to announce the opening of a
new office in Bristol.

Mark, aged 40, is a qualified barrister (non-practising) with over twenty years'
experience in the construction industry. Mark joins Driver Group from James R
Knowles plc, where he was an Executive Director and also Head of Non-Contentious
Legal Services. He has particularly strong client relationships in the
south-west, having been based in Bristol for the last four years.

Mark has significant experience of adjudications, arbitration, mediation and
traditional court hearings. He also provides project management services to
contractors and consultants in the building services sector, often on a crisis
basis.

Mark is an Accredited Mediator, a Member of the Chartered Institute of
Arbitrators and of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and a
Fellow of the Quantity Surveyors Institute. He lectures nationally on dispute
resolution within the construction industry.

Commenting on the new appointment, Steve Driver, Chief Executive of Driver
Group, said,

south-west is an important growth area for the business in the UK. I am
delighted to announce both Mark's appointment as director and the opening of a
new office in Bristol.
