Issue of options

Driver announces that, on 21 October 2008, the Company resolved to grant options in respect of 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the capital of the Company ('Options') under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Option Scheme. 

The Options have been granted at an exercise price of 68.5p and are exercisable between 21 October 2011 and 21 October 2018.
