             Acquisition of Mobrey Completed

The  Roxboro  Group  PLC,  the Cambridge  based  controls
technology  group, is pleased to announce the  completion
of  its  acquisition of the Mobrey Group, a  niche-market
manufacturer  of level, flow and pressure instrumentation
products.

At  the  EGM  held today the resolution  to  approve  the
acquisition of the Mobrey Group was duly passed.
