                                  AGM Statement


The Chairman of The Roxboro Group PLC, the international specialist electronics
company, Sir Alan Cockshaw, has today made the following statement on current
trading at the Group's Annual General Meeting:

'The Board is pleased to report the company's current trading position has not
materially changed since the announcement of the preliminary results on 18
March, despite ongoing difficult market conditions.  The Group continues to
trade in line with budget'.
