                                  AGM STATEMENT


The Chairman of The Roxboro Group PLC, the international specialist electronics
company, Sir Alan Cockshaw, has today made the following statement on current
trading at the Company's Annual General Meeting:


'We set out in our Preliminary Statement of 14 March 2005 our view of the
trading environment in which the Group companies operate.  Since that time there
has been no meaningful change, consequently the Board remains confident that
Roxboro will make further progress in the current year.'
