1.   Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014;

2.   Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Wednesday 15 April 2015;

3.   Proxy Form for the AGM to be held on 15 April 2015; and

4.   Notice of availability letter.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2014 and the Notice of AGM 2015 can also be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com.

The additional information required under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R, including a description of the risks and uncertainties for the Company, and as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, was included in the Company's results announcement on 2 March 2015.
