DIAGONAL Board changes

The importance of management progression remains a continuing priority to meet
the challenges of a rapidly changing marketplace.

It is in this context that Bryan Churcher has today announced his retirement
from the company after eleven years as an executive director.  Bryan has made
a significant contribution to Group affairs over the years and our
appreciation cannot be overstated.  We all wish him well in the years ahead. 

Looking to the future, we are pleased to announce the appointment of David
Beresford to the Board with immediate effect.  David, aged 32, joined us from
Andersen Consulting five years ago and most recently was Managing Director of
our SAP Support division.  As an executive director, David will assume
responsibility for the development of our new group of product-led
consultancies.
