THE ROXBORO GROUP PLC POSTS CLASS 1 CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS



The Roxboro Group PLC, the international specialist electronics group, has today
posted its Class 1 Circular to its Shareholders in respect of the proposed
disposal of Mobrey announced on 17 June 2005. The Extraordinary General Meeting
to consider the proposed disposal will be held on 15 July 2005.
