                        Completion of Disposal of Mobrey


The Roxboro Group PLC, the international specialist electronics group, is
pleased to announce that following the approval of the Resolution at the EGM
held earlier today, and all other conditions having also been fulfilled,
completion of the Disposal of Mobrey to Emerson has now taken place.


Two copies of the full text of the Resolution were submitted to the UK Listing
Authority on 28 June 2005 for publication through the Document Viewing Facility,
