The Company has been notified that Bill Ronald, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £2.64 per share on 14 May 2010. Following this transaction Bill Ronald now holds a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company. This notification was received by the Company on 15 May 2010 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.

The Company has also been notified that Roy Burton, Group Chief Executive and George Ralph, Interim Finance Director, respectively purchased 10,000 and 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £2.53 per share on 17 May 2010. The registered holder of the shares in respect of both Roy Burton and George Ralph is T Hoare Nominees Limited. Following these transactions Roy Burton now holds a total of 63,892 ordinary shares, representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company. George Ralph holds a total of 5,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. These notifications were received by the Company on 17 May 2010 and were made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
