The Company has been notified that on 19 November 2012 Bob Lambourne, Acting Senior Independent Director, sold a personal holding of 1,000 shares of £0.0189 each in the Company at a price of £10.43 per share.  On the same date 4,000 shares were purchased into Mr Lambourne's SIPP at a price of £10.45 per share. Bob Lambourne now holds a total of 4,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company. Both transactions took place on 19 November 2012.

This notification was received by the Company on 19 November 2012 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
