The Company has been notified that, on 14 December 2018 Martin Lee Rapp, Group Chief Executive of the Company, purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company (the ''Transaction'').

Following the Transaction, Martin Lee Rapp now holds a total of 46,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.14% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

This notification was received by the Company on 14 December 2018 and was made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation and Disclosure Transparency Rules.
