Diagonal PLC 18 June 2003 DIAGONAL plc Board Appointment 18 June 2003 Diagonal is delighted to announce the appointment of Malcolm Gloak (aged 52) as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Malcolm recently left 3i, the leading private equity and venture capital company, after a very successful 28 year career. A director of 3i plc since 1987, he was a member of the Senior UK Management team throughout the '90's and has considerable experience assisting many developing companies, including Diagonal in its early days. In the last three years, he has acted as a non-executive director on a number of 3i and institutionally backed companies.
