Diagonal are pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Andrews as Finance
Director, with immediate effect.

Martin was previously finance director of Protagona plc, a UK listed CRM
software company and prior to that, was with County NatWest Corporate Finance
and Price Waterhouse.

Commenting on the appointment Colin Burnside, Diagonal CEO said, 'Martin is a
highly commercial finance director with substantial operational experience
within the quoted company environment. He also has considerable experience of
acquisitions and disposals, fundraising and investor relations.

Martin's brief will be to assist me in the management and development of the
business from an operational and financial perspective.'

Diagonal confirms that there is no additional regulatory information requiring
notification under the Listing Rules in connection with the appointment of
Martin Andrews.
