Diagonal Plc ('the Company') today announces the appointment of Duncan McIntyre,
Gavin James, David Beresford, Paul Devine, Lee Cameron, Martin Hobbs, Michelle
McAuley, Nicholas Sandison, Sarah Lomax and Lucy Baker as executive directors of
the Company with immediate effect.

Duncan McIntyre and Gavin James are also directors of Morse plc and Delphis
Consulting Ltd (which was formerly Delphis Consulting plc). David Beresford is
also a director of Morse plc and was formerly a director of Diagonal Plc.

There are no other details to be disclosed in relation to the appointments.
