Directorate change

The Board of Dialight plc announces that Cathy Buckley will stand down as Finance Director of the business with effect from today's date. A suitable replacement is currently being sought and an Acting Finance Director will be appointed for the interim period. Cathy has been with the Company since April 1999 and, during her employment, has made a valuable contribution to the business.

Harry Tee, Chairman of Dialight plc said:
