            Marketing Agreement with Honeywell Airport Systems

The Roxboro Group PLC, the international specialist electronic measurement and
lighting group, is pleased to announce a joint sales and marketing agreement
between Dialight Corporation, Roxboro's electronic lighting business, and
Honeywell Airport Systems. 

Under the agreement, Honeywell Airport Systems will offer Dialight's range of
electronic lighting products designed specifically for airport use into the
international airports market.  These include tower lights, obstruction lights
and taxiway lights.

Based in the US, Dialight Corporation is a provider of products utilising light
emitting diode (LED) technology to major OEMs in the networking and cellular
markets, traffic signals, lighting for heavy duty vehicles and other
applications. The Company has over 60 years of experience in lighting technology
and applications, including 25 years of leadership in LED indicators.


Commenting, Harry Tee, Chief Executive of the Roxboro Group said:
