RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
30 October, 2001
David Thompson, Managing Director of the Secure Networks Division, has
resigned from the Board of Diagonal PLC with effect from 31 October, 2001.
David Filler, who has been acting Managing Director of the Secure Networks
Division, has now been formally appointed to that role. David joined Diagonal
in April 1999 and has been Managing Director of the Group's EAI business,
Diagonal Solutions. He has many years experience of the underlying
technologies in which both the EAI and Secure Networks businesses specialise.
The operational management of the Secure Networks Division was strengthened
further recently with the appointment of a new Operations Director.
