AGM - Supplementary Statement


At the Annual General Meeting of Diagonal held earlier today, all resolutions
set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 9 February 2004 were passed.


Malcolm Gloak, has been appointed as Chairman on the retirement of Mark Samuels
at the Annual General Meeting.


Mr.Gloak said:


'On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Mark, as a founder director of
Diagonal, for his considerable contribution to the development of Diagonal and
we wish him every happiness in his retirement.'
