                                 Trading Update

The Board of Dialight plc (formerly The Roxboro Group plc), the applied LED
technology company, is pleased to confirm it believes the trading performance
for the financial year to 31 December 2005 will be in line with its previous
expectations.

Within Optoelectronics Components activity has increased over the first half of
this year and volumes in the second half will be similar to those experienced in
the first half of 2004.

Further encouraging progress has been made within the Signalling and
Illumination sectors, with increasing demand particularly in Europe.
