Notice of AGM

Digitalbox, the mobile-first digital media business which owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke and The Tab, is pleased to announce that it has posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting to its shareholders yesterday together with hard copies of its Report and Financial Statements 2022 to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Jubilee House, 92 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2SN on 31 May 2023 at 8:00 a.m.

Copies of all documents, including the Report and Financial Statements 2022, are available on the Company's website, www.digitalbox.com/investors .
