Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM
Digitalbox plc (AIM: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media business, which owns Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash and The Tab, is pleased to announce that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, to its shareholders yesterday.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at Jubilee House, 92 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2SN on 16 May 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
As a result of the increasing COVID-19 infection rates, we kindly ask shareholders not to attend the Annual General Meeting if it can be avoided and are instead encouraged to submit any questions to shareholders@digitalbox.com before 2:00 p.m. on 10 May 2022. The Company will post responses on the Company's website, www.digitalbox.com/investors, as soon as practicable following the AGM.
If you are planning to attend the meeting in person please notify David Joseph, the Company Secretary, in advance, via shareholders@digitalbox.com and note that in the interests of safety you may be refused entry if the numbers in attendance becomes unsafe, in the opinion of the Company.
