Digitalbox plc (AIM: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media business, which owns Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash and The Tab, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting on Monday 16 May 2022, all the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 21 April 2022, were duly passed.
