Dignity plc ('the Company')

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of a block
listing of 655,863 ordinary shares of 9p each ('New Ordinary Shares').

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the
exercise of employee share options under the Dignity plc Share Save Plan. On
exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
