Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 2nd December 2008 the spouse of Mike McCollum, an executive director of the Company, sold 48,288 ordinary shares of 9 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 607.49 pence per Ordinary Share in order to satisfy a personal tax liability.  

Following this sale, under s822 of the Companies Act 2006, the notifiable holding is 315,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.50 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
