The Company was informed today by Andrew Davies that he has today disposed of
172,000 shares at 723p per share. The disposal was made in order to complete a
forthcoming property purchase.


Andrew Davies's resultant total holding in the Company is 188,125 shares
representing 0.297% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
