Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):

•  By Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group limited that it had on 3rd May 
   2006 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,439,402 of the
   Company's shares representing 3.04% of the issued share capital of the 
   Company.
