AGM statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Dillistone which is being held today at 11 a.m., Mike Love, Chairman of Dillistone, will make the following trading statement:

"On March 31 2011, the board of Dillistone announced the launch of FileFinder 10, the 'next generation' release of our executive recruitment software system.  We stated that the Company had signed contracts with launch clients including firms in both the US & Europe who will be switching to FileFinder from products developed by Dillistone's direct competitors. 

"Since this announcement, we have continued to enjoy early successes.  Contracts have now been received from executive search firms in North and South America, from the UK and mainland Europe and from the Middle East.  Subsequently, we made the product available in Asia and have now also won contracts in that region.

"Our latest contract wins once again include firms who will be switching to FileFinder from products developed by our direct competitors. 

"In the Outlook statement incorporated in our preliminary results, we stated that our approach to the launch of FileFinder 10 is to cautiously roll it out in the first few months and that, as a result, trading in the first half of the year would be broadly in line with H1 2010 but that the real benefit of the investment in FileFinder 10 will be seen in 2012 and beyond.  We continue to be cautious with the roll out of the product but we anticipate that the results for our first half of 2011 will be ahead of those achieved in the same period of 2010.  We currently expect our full year results for 2011 to be in line with market expectations."
