Dillistone Group Plc
("Dillistone" or the "Group")
AGM Trading Update
At the Annual General Meeting of Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software to the recruitment industry, being held at 10:30 am today, Mike Love, Chairman of Dillistone, will make the following trading statement:
"In our Preliminary announcement in April I noted a strong start in the first quarter with Group revenues ahead of the comparative period in 2014. Additionally I referenced our ongoing investment in building the business to support future growth. As a result we anticipate a satisfactory year with revenues and EBITDA for the first six months of this year ahead of the equivalent period in 2014, but with profit down over the same period as a result of higher depreciation charges.
"Both divisions can report considerable progress.
"Dillistone Systems has seen further contract wins for our FileFinder Anywhere suite, launched in September 2014. At the time of our Preliminary results we noted a number of successes, including particularly notable wins in Europe and North America. Since that announcement on 27 April 2015, we have enjoyed further successes, including our largest contract win in South America since 2006 and the return of a large former client. The Division has also announced "Preferred Provider Agreements" with two major global executive search groups and is also pleased to note a significant improvement in client retention rates since the launch of the new suite.
"Our Voyager Software division is today announcing a number of important product updates. These include:
· Following a successful beta program, the Division's "Infinity" platform is now available for hosted delivery. We are also pleased to announce the addition of functionality to allow the product to be used by clients in the temporary staffing sector. We believe that these additions will have a positive impact on demand for the product; and
· This release also includes integration with the ISV FastPath product (acquired by the Group in October 2014). We believe that this development will facilitate cross selling within the Division.
"The Group remains confident of making further progress in the full year."
