Dillistone Group wishes to report that the announcement made on 9 February 2007,
under RNS No 0356R concerning dealings in the Company's shares by certain of its
directors, incorrectly stated the number of shares now held by Mr Alex James.
The correct number should be 2,200 shares, representing 0.04% of the issued
share capital.
The full text of the corrected announcement is as follows.
Dillistone Group announces that it was informed today that, on the 8th and 9th
February 2007, certain of the directors bought ordinary shares in the Company as
follows:
