Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry, was notified on 10 July 2012 that Dr Mike Love, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, had acquired 145,000 ordinary shares of 5p per share ("Ordinary Shares") in Dillistone at 68p per share. 

Following the purchase, Dr Love has a beneficial interest in 272,137 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.49% of the issued share capital.
