Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM listed supplier of recruitment software, announces
that in order to satisfy strong market demand Michael Bryan and Martin Hill have
today each sold 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 280p.  They now hold
325,145 shares each, representing approximately 6 per cent. of the issued and
voting share capital respectively.
