Issue of Options, Director Dealings & TVR

 

Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software to the recruitment industry, is pleased to announce the issue of share options to Directors, the exercise of Directors' options and Directors' dealings.

On 14 July 2015 options were granted to Julie Pomeroy, Finance Director, over 66,071 shares; Alexander James, Product Development Director, over 66,359 shares; and Alistair Milne, Director of Support Services, over 63,188 shares; all under the LTIP scheme at an exercise price of 108.5p.  On the same day, Julie Pomeroy exercised 37,263 options at 73p and Alexander James exercised 36,712 options at 73p, granted under a prior LTIP scheme.

On 16 July 2015 Julie Pomeroy sold 25,844 shares at 106p and Alexander James sold 25,462 shares at 106p to fund the share option exercise.

Subsequent to the exercise of options and the sale of shares, Julie Pomeroy holds 51,101 shares in Dillistone representing 0.26% of the issued share capital.  Alexander James holds 112,744 shares in Dillistone representing 0.57% of the issued share capital.

Block Listing Review

Under the 400,000 shares allotted under the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme and the Unapproved Scheme block listing announced on 6 October 2014, total shares of-280,475 have been issued since the last return including those referred to above leaving 59,731 to be issued under the existing authority..

Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p of Dillistone Group Plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 19,668,021 with each share carrying one vote.  There are no shares held in treasury.

 

The total number of voting rights in Dillistone Group Plc is therefore 19,668,021.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Dillistone Group Plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
