Issue of Options
Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software to the recruitment industry, is pleased to announce the issue of share options over Ordinary Shares of 5p per share in Dillistone (the "Options") to certain of its Directors.
On 29 June 2016 Options were granted to Julie Pomeroy, Finance Director, over 94,063 shares; Alexander James, Product Development Director, over 94,471 shares; and Alistair Milne, Director of Support Services, over 94,471 shares; all under the LTIP scheme at an exercise price of 78.5p. The issue of share options is subject to performance targets.
Subsequent to the issue of the Options, Julie Pomeroy holds 63,733 shares in Dillistone representing 0.32% and options over 160,134 shares. Alexander James holds 112,744 shares in Dillistone representing 0.57% of the issued share capital and options over 160,830 shares. Alistair Milne holds 59,109 shares in Dillistone representing 0.30% of the issued share capital and options over 157,659 shares in Dillistone.
Following this issue, the Company has 1,247,257 Ordinary Shares under option representing 6.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
